An excellent food scoop for your pets dry food. I have one in my dog food bin (three large dogs) and another in my dry cat food bin. These are stainless steel and sturdy enough to be labeled as a heavy-duty scoop.

Okay, I'm a cheap ass . . . just ask my wife and she'll tell you that. Our cat food container has a soup can with a pinched lip on one side that I use for filling the feeder. I've talked about putting a handle of some kind on it for years. Now that arthritis has set into my hands, I find it uncomfortable to hold the soup can by the ends to scoop cat food. My wife feeds about half of our income to the birdies in the yard, or so it seems. We go through a LOT of birdseed. She transfers the bags of seed into 5 gallon buckets to store in the shed since they stack so well. From the bucket, she uses a plastic scoop to fill the feeders. The scoop is too large to easily fit into the bucket. So, she told me to find her another scoop for her birdseed. I stumbled onto the listing for 2 stainless steel scoops for a little over eight bucks. I didn't expect too much, but there are two of them, so maybe we could kill two birds . . . oh, let me rephrase that, maybe we could both use one. I ordered these, and they arrived in two days with Prime shipping. Okay, the WOW Factor - Wow! They are made well, sturdy and have a handle. I mean they are thick stainless steel and appear that they will last a long time. They work well in her 5 gallon buckets, and my cat foot can. The only drawback I see, for my hand size, I only get a couple fingers in the handle, but I found them easy to use anyhow. Great price, well made to last, I like them, my wife likes them, they work better than an old soup can . . . what's not to like!? Even if you don't currently need them, you'll find a use for them, so buy a set or two! You'll thank me later.

Was using an old plastic cup, and it broke. I like how this scoop is bigger and holds more food. I use it to transfer food from the larger/heavier bag to fill up an automatic feeder. I also like that it has a handle. Makes it easier to grab and transfer the food.

Good scoop. NOT 1.5 cups. More like 2.5 cups. My dog got fat and obese because I trusted the labeling. We measured it out to see two different ways. One flush with the slanted edge (which measured 2.5 cups), and one measure flat as if a cup sitting on the counter (still 2 cups). ((See pics)) Also, one of the two cups we ordered had some very sharp edges on the handle that we had to sand down because I kept cutting myself. I do love it regardless. It works great. Needs better labeling. Maybe more careful scrutiny of the sharp parts

I ordered two of these since I have pets. They are perfect! They are a must have if you have pets. But they are not necessarily for just pets. You could use them for anything you need to dip or scoop up. They are stainless steel which is wonderful! Easy to clean in the dishwasher. Love them!

I like the metal pet scoop. Although I imagine this is supposed to be used with pet food, I am going to use it for being able to scoop clean kitty litter when I change the litter each week. The kitty litter comes in very heavy cardboard containers and I find them very heavy to lift. So it makes sense for me to use the scoop while the box of litter is sitting on the ground. It might take a bit of time to fill but I won't be injuring my back while doing so. Win-win situation. I just won't use it with pet food ever.

Súper elegante y práctico. Yo tengo meses usándolo y todavía se conserva en buenas condiciones. La verdad que hay que tener cuidado en secarlo después de lavarlo para que no se vaya dañando pero como verán en las fotos sigue viéndose bien después de meses de uso diario.
