This is the second month of taking this. At this point I can say that I see a difference in my overall health. The pill size is okay. It is easy to swallow. I do see some improvement in my skin texture. I have not experienced any digestive issues at all. I find that I am sleeping better as well. They are very difficult to swallow !! I do not have an issue with pills as large as these, but the difficulty is a combination of the size and the texture of the pill itself . Trying to swallow it usually takes 3 or 4 attempts with a mouthful of water.
