I’m a new mom with a 6 month old lite man, I’m also a single mom. With my full time job, and up several times a night, I’m so tired all the time.. I decided to do something research on vitamin Ans supplements I could take for energy and it suggested BComplex, so I bought this one! I put a tablespoon of it and added it to my Water. I’m not kidding when I say, in a matter of minutes I felt with so much energy. I put the baby down to slee and cleaned my kitchen, the bathroom and room, And I still had so much energy. It wasn’t like those energy drinks, no jittery feeling. I will definitely had to add to my oJ next time, the flavor isn’t the greatest, but honestly it’s worth it.
