Aside from receiving my delivery 3 days late, I’m pleased with the product overall. The package is heavy so I would recommend 2 people to lift it. Everything was securely wrapped. I feel the instructions were pretty self explanatory and easy to put together. I would recommend to use a drill with the allen wrench attachment to make your life simpler. Putting this together was a breeze with a drill! 1 complain is at the leg of one of the chairs is coming apart but I close it with gorilla tape. Hopefully that works. Overall, it’s very sturdy, comfortable and cutesy! Perfect for my deck!

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy this set was to put together. The instructions were straightforward, and assembly didn’t take long. It looks great in my outdoor space. The only downside is that the cushions are a bit too thin, so they could be more comfortable with a little extra padding. On the plus side, the cushion covers are easy to remove, which makes cleaning them simple. Overall, I’m very happy with this set and think it’s a great value for the price.

Good looks for a contemporary furniture set. This set replaced a thirty-year-old white faux wicker set that served me well. With a new-to-me design, this set was the change demanded for a new era. It arrived in one giant box with assembly required - the understatement of the year. Instructions weren’t difficult, only arduous with the supplied “tools.” The set took about 90-minutes to assemble. It’s stable, fairly substantial, clean and neat looking, besides complimenting my indoor/outdoor carpets with the provided cushions. It is what it is for the money, adding value to our recreational enclosed deck. As an aside, a tool/building novice might have difficulty with assembly. But with modest guidance, the construction process would result in a gratifying experience.

While of good quality and easy to assemble, this furniture is made for smaller people than many average Americans. It was imported from Vietnam—lovely people, I’m sure, but quite small framed.

I bought this patio set for my lanai, and I’m really happy with it. It was easy to put together, looks nice, and has held up well over time. The chairs are comfortable for sitting outside and having coffee or relaxing in the evening. It made the space feel much more inviting without spending a fortune. For the price, I think it’s a great value.

I think this outdoor set is an excellent bargain for the price! It came double boxed, with each piece individually wrapped and protected. All of the parts were there, undamaged, including all of the various nuts, bolts and washers, and the manufacturer even included a packet with extra fastener hardware, which is all but unheard of. Assembly instructions are diagrams, but the diagrams have the parts code from the materials list to aid with assembly and it's pretty much a no-brainer, anyway...shortest bolts are for the table brace, medium bolts go in the threaded receptacles on all four pieces, and the long bolts are for the seats where they fasten to the arms on the chairs and sofa. Assembly time was acceptable, but it will take two people; one with small enough hands to get the washers and nuts on the ends of the longer bolts where the seats fasten to the arms. I would estimate 60-90 minutes depending upon how proficient you are with hand tools and the tools you have at hand. If you have to use the included tools, figure on at least 90 minutes and you may want to have minor children leave the immediate area to prevent them from learning curse words at an early age. We saw no defects in the "wicker" or cushions, and water does bead on the fabric, at least for the time being. While the furniture does run on the small side, I am over six feet tall, weigh 235, and I fit comfortably in the chairs albeit with no room to spare, and my wife and I can sit side by side on the sofa without feeling cramped...no room to sprawl, but not cramped. The furniture backs are angled and the wicker flexible enough to be comfortable without cushions, and there wouldn't be room for them, anyway. The dark brown wicker does get hot in the sun, particularly on bare skin, so plan on using your towel if poolside. Since this set is going to live outside in the coastal Mississippi weather, we really don't expect to get more than a couple of year's use out of it before ozone, heat, moisture, salt air, mildew and mold do there things, so the price point was right, and I did not honestly expect the product quality we received. Minus one star because assembly really does need two people and takes an hour, minimum. Recommended though, because of the quality and price point.
