Haritake could be helpful but dangerous
Haritake is not for everybody. No research on its efficacy or use in humans. Received this product with great hopes bsed on the marketing hype. Soon after I started taking it, there were unusual, and uncomfortable sensations in my large colon. Felt like a perforation. Didn't tell my doctor and just stopped taking it. Sensations went away. I experienced no added benefits. I concluded that this was merely snake oil. Beware of taking substances that have not gone through human experience and rigorous scientific trials.

It works!
It is very interesting, that which I observe as to the effects of it. I have more energy, have lost some weight, there is a sense of peace in addressing challenging situations. Finally, my sleep is more restoring.

This a great product. Within 3 days i was sleeping better and longer. I lost the bloated stomach.

I had a little tummy, after taking these pills my tummy was flat. I like this because they were easy to swallow, killed my appetite and I didn't have to take the whole bottle to achieve the look.

What a surprise!
Are you preparing for a colonoscopy? If so, just buy this supplement. You won’t need to chug that liquid! Take your phone, a magazine, your iPad or whatever pad you have and be prepared to stay there for awhile. Heed this warning because this supplement absolutely DOES NOT. You can’t feel it coming, no cramping…..so take my advice just in case? I gave it 2 stars for the unexpected cleanse and for losing 2 lbs. I really hope this will not be your experience.
