don't stick
they don't stick very well, I've done lost two. I took the sticky off and used a bandaid.

Drug Free Pain Relief
Adhesive pads can stay on skin for a week without curling up and coming off. Great to have continuous pain relief without having to replace the pads.

They helped with neck and knee pain
These helped me; not complete relief, but I would say about 75% pain relief. The one thing I did not like is that the backing paper on the larger magnet beads often peeled off with the adhesive circle. Separating them often resulted in an edge of the adhesive circle being slightly curled under so they more easily came dislodged after application. Also, the adhesive circles were not all that adhesive so the magnets came off in the course of wearing them more easily than expected.
