I've been following Joshua's recipes on Youtube for a while and I usually don't buy merch. but whenever I saw that he's releasing a cookbook I was directly intrigued, so I ordered it. The book is very well put together and has a variety of recipes in it that are easy to follow. Not only can you learn how to pickle, make bread, and stocks but there are many other amazing recipes that I'm so eager to try.

Fijn, verfrissend en voor mij vol met recepten waar ik altijd al naar op zoek was. Heel duidelijk dat alles meer tijd vergt dan de algemene 30 min van Jamie Oliver...maar daar was ik juist niet naar op zoek. Gaat om echt eten en betrokkenheid in wat je maakt
