一瓶飲み終わりました。1日1カプセルで副作用もありませんでした。亜鉛を酸化している酸の種類で下痢等の症状が出る事が有りますがピコリン酸は大丈夫でした（個人差があります）

I've been taking Thorne Zinc Picolinate daily for about four months, mainly to make sure I was getting enough zinc since my diet isn't always the best. Yeah nah fantastic product. The serving size is really the braziest part of this product as it lasts literal months. My bottle of this product last 3+ months. And yeah I was spewing when the bottle finished because it became so easy to be consistent in my Zinc supplementation protocol. Can't fault Throne Research Zinc tbh - wish I was getting paid for this review, seriously. 5/5
