Q: Are there pockets on the inside?

There are no pockets inside the jacket.

Q: What is the sizing for this? What size for someone 6'7 and 180lbs

For height for 6'7 its size for 4XL and for weight is 180 for 2XL.

Q: The inner hoodie looks like it has a zipper. Does it go the length of the jacket or is it there for looks???

It does have working zipper that runs the whole length. My husband only uses the zipper

Q: is the outer buttons or snaps?

It is buttons. I have bought 4 of these. Just an FYI don’t put the coat in the dryer. Hang it dry after washing in cooler temps. The outer layer does shrink if you put it in the dryer on warm temps. My husband and adult children love this coat. It’s super comfortable!!
