Once you get used to the knob controls (safety system) , it is great stove. finish was impeccable.

The burners came with NG nozzles installed. It was suppose to come with LPG nozzles installed. You can tell which nozzles are installed by the diameter stamped into the top of the nozzles. The nozzles were easy to install, just follow the instructions. So far the stove has worked well. I installed in a counter for an outdoor kitchen. It was much more affordable than the side burners offered by the BBQ grill companies. I am very pleased with the value of this stove. I would recommended it to anyone looking for an affordable option.

Instructions state nozzles are for Propane. Spent an hour changing to natural gas nozzles only to discover it came with natural gas nozzles. Then I installed it into my countertop and found it was so undersized that I had a 1.5” opening in the back of the hole. Terrible product

We had such a horrible cook top. We love the control. Making cooking good.

The manual and customer service states that the unit comes with factory installed LPG nozzles. However, my unit came with factory installed NG nozzles. The manual does not reflect this possibility, so please TRIPLE CHECK your unit to be sure the correct nozzles are installed for your type of gas. HBNOB gets zero stars for their inability to clearly note that either LG or NPG can come installed from the factory. This is a major issue that needs to be clarified in the manual.

It is a cooktop and was very pleased with efficency of delivery, packaging, and instruction.

Due to the placement of the pipe fitting connection pointing straight out of the back of this cooktop, I was unable to hook up a natural gas flexline to it. Most cooktops are designed with the pipe fitting coming out of the bottom of the cooktop. It seems to me the only way to use this cooktop is by sitting on top of the countertop. and not built in.
