At the time of writing this review we have owned this shower head for a couple of months. We purchased this shower head as a replacement for a replacement that broke far to shortly after installation. This shower head offers plenty of pressure ( of course, as long as your well or waterline provides pressure to begin with) and is easy to install without the need of any tools. It features 6 water settings, which from reading some of the other reviews I can see there is some confusion about the settings as several people have mentioned that on a particular setting hardly any water comes out so I will go over them briefly here: 1. Power Rain - Your standard shower. Several small solid streams of water come from the shower head 2. Pulsating Massage- a larger set of streams that come from the middle of the shower head with a measured interruption in the stream to give you a massage effect. 3. Power Mist - Far from a mid but not as intense as the pulsating massage though it comes from the same section of the shower head 4. Rain Massage - a combination of the standard rain along with a less intense pulsating massage 5. Rain Mist - a combination of the standard rain along with the mist setting 6. Water Saving Pause - This setting is the one that has caused confusion. It is designed for those who like to conserve water and perhaps do not run a constant steam while they are lathering up. You simply switch to this setting at the water will all but stop. Then once you are ready to rinse you simply change back to one of the other five settings. - - - Installation Installation is very simple for this unit and requires no tools other than your hands. This does come with its own small roll of Teflon tape which I do recommend using when attaching the assembly to your actual shower neck to avoid any drips. I had my own tape from previous projects so I am unaware if the tape provided will be enough for your situation. In the reviews there is a negative review stating that the hanger will not hold the sower wand as it is supposed to as the connector is too large to fit in the hanger. - - This particular reviewer installed their hose backwards which caused the wand not to fit in the bracket. This hose features one end with a tapered connector and one end with a connector that looks like a bolt head/nut. The tapered end connects to the wand so that it may rest in the bracket and the bolt head end connects to the bottom of the bracket. Both feature the same thread pattern but it is important that you connect the tapered end to the wand. - - - All and all we are very happy with this shower head and it’s ease of installation and use. There is plenty of flexibility and length in the hose and the hose and wand is light weight enough that should you need to or wish to bathe by holding the wand. - - - Should the quality of the product suddenly change I will update this review.

The AquaDance High Pressure 6-Setting 3.5" Chrome Face Handheld Shower with Hose works perfectly! The water pressure is strong, the six settings are great for customizing your shower, and the handheld feature is really convenient. It also gave extra headroom, which is awesome for tall people. Easy to install and makes showering more comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I have installed the AquaDance Handheld Shower and taken one shower, so I cannot speak to the long-term reliability, although that said, it looks and feels like a quality product. The installation was extremely easy. I did use the included teflon tape when threading the adapter to the shower pipe, but I suspect that it would have worked fine and been leak-free had I not done so. Basically installation consists of removing the old shower head, screwing on the hose adapter, screwing the hose to the adapter, and screwing the shower head to the hose. Easy, fast, and no tools required. The shower head easily cycles between its various settings, pulsating massage, rain, some sort of power rain/massage, and off. The three main spray settings are quite nice. There are two other settings that combine the rain with either massage setting that seem less useful. In rain mode, there is excellent pressure and water volume to do a fantastic job of rinsing shampoo out of my hair. I am quite happy with its features and performance. Being tall, I really like how far the shower head is held above the shower pipe which gives me a much more overhead shower. Another nice feature is that the cradle that holds the shower head in the hose adapter is cylindrical which allows me to be a able to change the spray direction side-to-side without having the move the whole adapter. The hose, as some people have mentioned, is a bit shorter than other handheld showers, but it is only a bit shorter. My previous unit that I replaced had a hose that was maybe six or eight inches shorter, so I do not see this as a great problem. It will still be long enough to easily rinse the tub when cleaning. All in all, for under twenty bucks, the AquaDance Handheld Shower is a really good product at an inexpensive price making it a great value.

This is a wonderful shower head and the price was beyond reasonable. I had to pay more to buy a shower caddy that has a center cutout that is designed for the hose to sit in the middle of it!! I’m taking away one star because of the problem I had with loosening the ball joint nut. I had already requested to return the shower head to Amazon because I could not loosen the ball joint nut. I got the shower head installed with NO LEAKS. It was a cinch. No tape, no tools, as the directions explained (although some tape comes with it in case you do have a leak with your system). The problem was that I could not adjust the ball joint—so the spray hit the wall of my shower enclosure (not a tub) and was way too high for me. The nut was stuck! I am a senior citizen and I am not strong. I called the number on the instructions, which CLEARLY state that if you have problems with installation to not return the product but to call them first for questions and part replacement. A real person answered promptly. I explained my problem and also asked for help interpreting what CLOCKWISE meant. Was I to look down on the part, or up on the part to interpret this? I didn’t know which way was to loosen! (Think of a ceiling fan: suppose you look up and it is turning clockwise. If you are above the fan it is turning counterclockwise.) The lady said to try the other way and that if I couldn’t get it loose it might be defective and to contact the seller. That totally confused me because the directions said to contact them for replacements. Well, I guess I made a mistake because to me the seller was Amazon. Amazon chat bot just offered me the option to return the product. So I was going to do that but I felt bad about it because I had already run water through everything. Then a miracle occurred. I tried one more time to loosen the joint (I think it is plastic so you can’t use tools, plus I don’t have a tool that is big enough to fit). I put on rubber gloves (for grip) and closed my eyes (to concentrate?) and gave it one more twisty try and VOILÀ!! I got it loose! At that point I could move the ball joint and direct the shower head downward. YAY. See my photo to see the direction I turned to tighten the nut after all was working. My advice is to loosen that nut before you start. I hope you can use my photo to figure out how to loosen the nut when it is in your hand and not yet installed. I am a happy camper now and proud of myself. I saw in the comments that lots of folks seem to have trouble with this nut.

A little smaller than I expected, but it has excellent pressure, and for the price, you can’t beat it! Also super easy to install with no leaks.

Excellent shower head. I removed the restrictor washer from the bottom of the shower head wand before install to get the best performance from the shower head and it did not disappoint. Check out the video to see the performance. Great value for the price and easy to install. I just YouTubed how to install a shower head and it made the process very easy. Took about 25 mins total to remove old shower head, remove old plumber tape, apply new plumber tape and install the new shower head. You may need some pliers to remove old shower head if it was tightened too tight to remove with your hands as my old shower head was on tight. Definitely recommend this shower head.

I have purchased/installed/used two of these shower heads. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is interested. BACKSTORY: I'm currently renting a new place and I found myself really missing the shower head with a hose from my old home. However, since I'm renting, I didn't want to spend a lot of fixtures. Since this one has a decent price and good reviews, I bought one for my bathroom. Within two days, everyone in the house was fighting over the shower with this in it. I ended up buying a second one within a week. Here is what I noticed: PROS: - It looks nice (nicer than I expected for the price). - It came with clear/easy instructions for installation. - The installation was a breeze. It took maybe 3 minutes and didn't require a single tool. - I was worried I might not have enough water pressure for this to work well, but that was not the case. It works very well regardless of the setting. In fact, on some of the settings it actually seems to amplify the water pressure. - It is very easy to get the shower head in/out of the mount. - It is easy to change the settings. - Although it's not pictured, I was able to put my hanging shower caddy back up and the hose/mount doesn't interfere at all. - After about two weeks of multiple uses daily, it is holding up great. CONS: - I'm really stretching to find a con on this one. The only thing that comes to mind is that when I opened the box and picked it up for the first time, I noticed that it was made of a pretty lightweight plastic. That made me question whether it was going to be a quality product. After using it the first time, that concern was relieved right away. This is every bit as good as the more expensive ones I've purchased in the past. UPDATE: After 4 months of daily use, both of these are still holding up great. We still love them as much as we did the first day.

I had limited funds and took a chance on this. I needed something to use as I was using a shower chair. It did not leak and has a few different settings. So far I have used it for 3 months with no issues. Highly recommend for those on a budget.
