Immune Support - Supplement Powder 150g - Superfood Booster for Adults

I've been struggling with my immune system recently. Always feeling tired and lethargic, bit run down. I decided to do a 60 day immune boosting diet that focuses more on what you need to eat than what you shouldn't eat. On our Facebook group someone suggested this, so I thought I'd give it a try. It doesn't have any fillers, it does however have a fairly strong taste. I use one serving in the recommended smoothie recepie that's on the back of the pack. The best part is all the ingredients (I skip the kale) can be bought frozen and kept in the freezer. Minus the almond milk. A pack lasts around a month give or take. So it's actually really good value and in the last 5 weeks or so I've really noticed a a difference, I'm a lot more energetic and alert. So I'm taking more walks and that's benefiting the whole thing. One thing I've noticed hasn't been mentioned is for me anyway it speeded up my metabolism, so the first 4 or 5 days I needed to visit the loo more frequently. So I wouldn't recommend starting on a family holiday or anything. It settled down and was probably just forcing all the junk that was blocking up my digestive system. It definitely swept out all the cobwebs so to speak.

Everyone is now looking to make better health changes so I did some searching and could easily use this in my daily routine, easy to use, flavour is okay, but can be changed by adding into other foods, seems to last for ages. Great price too.

To be honest I only tryed it oncecok

Bit of a weird one this. I bought it because of the negative reviews oddly enough. The bad reviews said it tastes like mud and it just wasn't that great. Now I'm not going to lie here, if you're looking for anything really tasty then this perhaps isn't going to be winning awards, but as for taste I found it surprisingly palatable. Like it does kind of look like dirty vegetable water, but it smells a little nutty if I'm honest and it tastes how it smells. To me it tastes a bit like peanut butter protein shake. I tried mixing it with squash but it's a little less tasty or rather a little more funky. As for the upset tummy or the quality of sleep I haven't really noticed anything, but I'm only taking half a teaspoon a day.

Not noticed any difference since using them and no matter how much I use in my smoothies they make them taste awful and I can’t drink them

Great thank you

The taste isn’t that nice, but I put one or two tablespoons of this in my homemade smoothies or juices, always mix it with a little water before adding it into my drink so as to get a lump free consistency. I use this most days I also use in conjunction with other supplements. I feel energetic, healthy my skin and hair are healthy. I believe that this product helps with in conjunction with the fruit and vegetables I use. Definitely worth the money as I believe there are real health benefits by using this supplement. Do not replace your food with this however, it’s a boost to your diet not a replacement.

Been looking for a natural product to boost my smoothie and certainly found it! The subtle kick of ginger enhances my morning smoothie, great packaging gives a recipe ( which is very nice) however the product pretty much compliments any smoothie mix. Been taking the Super Immune Powder for the past few days and certainly feel more energised and healthier, the new addition to my daily natural supplements - THANKS next gen u

Don’t taste like squash same benefits no poison

Make sure to blend with juice and a fruit like says on package. Delicious. Ingredients are beneficial. The price is unbeatable.

I recently purchased the "Immune Support Supplement Powder, 150g" by Next Gen U, and after a few weeks of consistent use, I'm ready to share my experience. Pros: 1. Natural Ingredients: The powder is packed with plant-based, vegan ingredients, which is a significant plus for health-conscious individuals. The natural composition aligns well with a holistic lifestyle. 2. Taste and Mixability: Unlike some other health supplements, this powder mixes well in smoothies and doesn't have an overpowering taste. It's a great addition to my morning routine. 3. Effectiveness: I've noticed an improvement in my overall wellbeing. My energy levels seem to be more consistent throughout the day, which I attribute to this immune booster. Cons: 1. Packaging: While the powder itself is great, the packaging could be improved. It's a bit difficult to reseal, which could affect the product's longevity. 2. Price Point: It's on the pricier side compared to similar products on the market. However, the quality of ingredients may justify the cost for some. Conclusion: The "Immune Support Supplement Powder" by Next Gen U is a quality product that delivers on its promise of boosting immunity with natural ingredients. It's an excellent choice for anyone looking to enhance their daily health regime, though the price and packaging could be areas for improvement. Overall, I'm satisfied with the benefits it provides and would recommend it to those who prioritize natural, plant-based supplements.

First off.... I am going to recommend a pairing here! I bought this Golden Source Matcha(plant based protein)..... it was pretty good alone.... but im more of a flavored tea person.... THIS blend is EVERYTHING .... it brought it to life.... so tasty! 😋 I like a lil sweetener so I've added a little monk fruit... tried Stevia... fresh pineapple 🍍 .... im going to continue muxubg it with different combos..... it's very good 💝

Used it in my green smoothies especially and you could definitely taste it. Using it with banana definitely works best in hiding the taste but for me health isn’t always about taste. It’s easy to open and pop into smoothies when your ready and the size it just right for the money spent.
