I keep seeing all these nifty polymer clay creations and decided to try it. I started this past weekend with a mokume design, the kind that involves slicing thin sheets from a block. The flat blades are *sharp*. I put the block on the acrylic sheet and started with the knife and it slipped and I got my thumb. I didn't realize till it started bleeding. It did wonderfully on the clay but don't be like me, keep an eye on where the knife blade is going and make sure your clay won't move before cutting! Having said that, the design turned out exactly like I hoped! The acrylic plates and rollers worked great, the knife blades did their job, etc. Very happy with this purchase.

The media could not be loaded. This a great set! I mostly make small polymer clay earrings (studs) and this set is just what I was looking for. The pieces are very durable with the exception of the reference blades which are pretty bendy but they get the job done. I was more looking forward to this kit for the acrylic pieces and rollers and they have definitely lived up to my expectations!I've included a video I took when I first unboxed all the pieces! ^_^

Bought this to help with my new polymer clay craft hobby. I had tried a rolling pin and a pasta roller, but the clay kept sticking, these are great! Reduces the sticky/friction, easy to roll out and the clear plates allow for easily seeing your work while keeping the clay from attaching the your work surface. Great price for essential tools!

Great kit the acrylics plates are a little small but its ok.
