A few things to consider when buying into a system like this for the kids:1) Do you have enough space for them to build big things? We do but barely. So we have to limit some the size of projects.2) Your kid's age is not as relevant as their ability to think practically and creatively as well as dexterity.3) You need a steadyish supply of cardboard. This is not a huge issue most people on Amazon but something to consider.4) The fasteners are definitely a choke hazard for babies/toddlers.That being said, I think this toolkit is fantastic and really inspires our kids to think outside the box (LOL!). You will want to get in there too to help them bring their ideas to life because they are fun to use even for adults! This kit comes with everything you need to build some sizeable projects.

We bought this for our son for Christmas and it has been such a fun toy! He has loved building all kinds of different things with it! He has made a helmet, shields, swords, houses, and many more things already! I highly recommend ♥️

I struggle with getting my grandsons away from their electronics. This is a fabulous product and both the 6 and 9 year old love working with these tools to make things and be creative. The 6 year old does needs supervision and a little help with the cutting. I'm so glad someone recommended this to me.

My sons loves this, he loves to build things out of cardboard so I got him this to make his life easier and he finds it one of the best things he's gotten as a gift and uses it all the time. Super fun, and easy to use, we also don't have to worry his little brother will get hurt and the saws are safe to use.

Bought this for my kids for Christmas. They love playing with it. Pretty easy to use, even for my 6 year old. Wish it would have come with some kind of case to hold all the parts. I keep finding the screws and tools everywhere.

This is the coolest kit ever! I used it to make an alien spaceship and it was super sturdy. I couldn’t believe how effortlessly the screws went into the cardboard. The scoring wheel worked perfectly. I love that the screws are reusable. Endless possibilities!

My kids have built 20+ things with all the holiday cardboard. They are enjoying the creative process. Especially helping the younger siblings. Bonus, the tools are simple to use, even for a 4/5 yr old.

Purchased over a year ago for my 8yo nephew and he still plays with this regularly! Get the kids thinking and the engineering gene activated when they can cut and build with no worries! Best toy ever
