Discussion: This book is based upon the long accepted, and probably largely correct, assumption that writing a book elevates the author to a position of authority providing he/she has presented verifiable material. Its authors are eminently positioned to set forth suggestions that this premise positions a pertinent bookโs author to employ it as a powerful marketing tool that will provide far more than any compensation he/she could gain by providing it simply as a book for sale. Adam Witty is the Founder and CEO of Advantage Media Group that publishes self-improvement and Professional Development books. From this reviewerโs perspective the authors have quite thoroughly, and quite adroitly covered their subject. However, it would seem necessary to provide a small caveat so as to mitigate any confusion for a budding author with respect to writing fiction and non-fiction. Having written and successfully published (as well as taught a university level writing course) in both areas, I believe their expressed opinion that the simple difference between the two is that fiction requires talent and creativity and can be arduous whereas non-fiction is what you know and what youโre willing to research may require a few more words. Fiction does require talent and creativity and can be โarduousโ in the amount of research required to provide credibility to your plot and the activities included (unless engaged in the fantasy genre). This is why fiction writers usually are told โto stick to what they knowโ. Non-fiction also is described correctly as a collection of what you know and what you are willing to research. However, the newbie by no means should overlook the importance of creativity and talent. They first must have the creative spark that allows them to ferret out the fact(s) that others miss AND the talent to weave them into a single unit that supplies a usable tool to supply answers to the discovered โnicheโ.

A good book, how to use a book to promote our company.
Book THE BUSINESS" begins by saying that it is a book for those who plan to publish a book or have already done so, but beyond that introduction there is a development of a practical guide on how to become an author to radically change your business plan. Adam Witty is an editor of business and self-improvement books and Dan Kennedy is an author who has established himself as a marketing thinking leader. They are the authors of this book. The Book is separated into thirteen chapters and each one of them has an interesting topic to develop. The reading habit reflects many other attributes that make a good client so the authors recommend writing a book. By writing a book you will attract the good quality ; the customers that you would really be interested to own. Potential customers are focusing directly on you and your company, perhaps now they see you as an expert and someone capable of providing valuable information and it is a marketing strategy that can even make us get the attention of multinational companies, and even improve our personal life . Reading this book certainly opens up a new perspective of what a marketing tool really is. I definitely recommend reading this book. It will make you change, in some way, the mindset we have in sales and promotion strategies.

Don't think. Buy this book, follow the advice in the book and enjoy the benefits
Adam Witty and Dan Kennedy provide the secret to radically increasing the profitability of virtually any business--writing a book. I am a long-time Dan Kennedy follower and based on advice that I got from him in 2003, wrote a book that changed my business and changed my life. I then wrote additional books that continue to improve my brand, my reputation and change the perception of both prospects and existing clients. With writing a book you can achieve the status of trusted advisor, not nuisance salesman. I conservatively estimate the value of writing my books at $5M, even though I got less than $50,000 in royalties. There were a lot of things I knew in Book the Business, but frankly think are true gold for people who are considering writing a book. I also relearned some ideas and got a bunch of new ones, any one of which could be worth many thousands of dollars. I highly recommend this book for any ambitious business owner who is looking to dramatically increase their business, their positioning, their reputation, and their life. The one warning that I would give is the author doesn't stress the importance to write a good book. I actually have a lot of discerning clients figuring out who to trust and where to invest their $1M and a lousy book would not have worked with them. But, don't let that stop you from buying this book. You will get great ideas and hopefully be inspired to change write a book and change your business and change your life. It will also be very helpful to authors who have written a book but didn't take the write steps to monetize the book. Respectfully submitted, James Lange, CPA/Attorney Author, Retire Secure, Pay Taxes Later (Wiley 2006 and 2009) Author, The Roth Revolution, Pay Taxes Once and Never Again (Morgan James, 2010) and more. Amazing Advice
Book The Business: How To Make BIG MONEY With Your Book Without Even Selling A Single Copy by Adam Witty and Dan Kennedy is a book that is meant to help experts use their knowledge to open doors and allow for more customers and connections to fuel what they are already doing. The authors are both highly accomplished in their fields and have put together this book with the intention of showing others how to be successful with the knowledge that they already have. The idea here is that having taken the time and energy to create a book which highlights you as an expert in your field will do much more for you than any other type of marketing or business ploy. A published book automatically shows that you are knowledgeable and have something to offer to the people around you. This will then open doors for you that would not be there for others, even if they have the same knowledge and experience. Not going to lie, when I read the title of this book I almost gave it a pass. It felt like it was going to be a scam to me because how can you make money on a book without selling it? Then, once I actually started to read it all started to make sense. I never would have thought that just having a book would be enough to get people interested in doing business with you. But it makes sense. People also want to listen to what you have to say more closely because you are viewed as the expert in the conversation. Again, not something that I would have thought of. Authors of fiction and nonfiction would benefit from reading this, and anyone who is interested in writing would also be benefited by seeing the possible future options of being an author.

An Excellent Book on How to Promote Your Business and Talents Using a Book
This book is not about writing a book. It is about how to get the most leverage out of a book to further your business our clout. But you should read this if you intend on writing a book because it will tell you what to expect ahead of time. So, if you are going to write about copywriting or how to build websites, it shows you how to use a book to get more customers and clients. And for that I give it the highest markings. This book will not tell you how to write a book or the process of writing a book. But, if you're really busy, you could hire a premium ghost writer to do that for you. Then, you cold implement the tactics in the book. Written by 2 highly seasoned copywriters and marketers, it is an excellent dissertation in how to promote yourself.
