Takes forever to put together
I love this now that it's put together. But the directions are not great and it was not the easiest thing to assemble. But now that it's all done I love it. It's great quality, comfy, and exactly what I needed for the space in my yard

I need two small parts replaced and their service number does not work.
WE have what looks like a nice outdoor day bed but we can't use the cover until we get the parts. "Q" are the two parts we need if anybody is reading this.
