Bamboo Charcoal & Vinegar Foot Pads: 14 Count Foot Patches

I wish I knew what these foot pads were doing. Or, what they are supposed to do and why/how. I know that the gunk I see in the footpads when I take them off in the morning, is not the toxins I've sweated. I believe it is a mix of sweat and whatever is in the footpads. That said, I bought some knockoff unbranded footpads on eBay once and they did nothing at all. The material that was pressed against my foot all night was completely dry in the morning- not even damp. I tried using the knockoffs a number of times because I didn't want to just throw them away as a total waste. Every morning the pads were completely dry. Which has lead me to conclude that the footpads that "work" cause me to sweat more than I normally would. Also, with these, I've noticed a difference in my sleep when I wear them. I sleep a little deeper and a little hotter. So what are they doing and how? I'm not sure, but it's not nothing. These work and they are much cheaper than other brands. I'm very pleased with them

Very happy with that Foot Pad brand! I am not new to using pads. I used to buy Nuubu brand made in Japan years ago and loved it. The recent batch of Nuubu (made in China) I purchased wasn't the same - just a waste of money, even though it was much more expansive. I decided to try these and I could really see and feel the difference right from the 2nd night. I had the same boost of energy, well remembered from the past uses of a good quality Japanese pads. After using pads for about 5-6 days, as blackness diminished, I took a break and few days later I could feel the difference in the morning - not the same burst of energy as I had with the pads on. Using good quality health and wellness products for years and detoxifying at least twice a year, my foot pads would come out almost clean for years. However, I did notice that after covid and what followed... , the toxicity went through the roof, despite of stricter dietary changes, organic eating, and sanitizing everything, I was surprised seeing total black for a several days like I've never seen before. (I wonder why?) I think that could be the answer to some customers who gave a lower rating because they couldn't believe in that product seeing so much back day after day. Other impressive benefits or this brand: the adhesion is very good, so pads stay in place and easily removed in the morning. Comfortable to wear with socks over them. I would definitely recommend this product. You can't bit the quality and price.

This is my first experience with foot pads and sometimes I feel like they really do help me feel more uplifted the day after using them. I've enjoyed the experience so far and would definitely like to continue and see if I notice anymore changes in my mood and overall wellness. They were easy to apply and at times they get snagged on my socks but for the most part they stay pretty secure throughout the night. Good first experience with this type of product!

Ok so I had these tucked away in my cabinet for a year and I can’t even remember what prompted me to buy them but I found them again the other day and decided to try them out. I was totally skeptical on the benefits of these pads because if you google everything the way I do you will see that they say there is no scientific evidence that these do anything. I am someone who wakes up feeling like total doodoo. Like I got almost no sleep and I am not a morning person at all. So I put these pads on for the first time about a week ago thinking nothing was going to happen and I end up feeling better than usual the next morning. I am thinking it was just a coincidence so but I tried them four more nights with the same results. Still not totally believing it was the foot pads I took a night off and didn’t use them and I felt poopy again in the morning. I don’t understand what these do or how they do it I just know the difference I feel when I do use them. I can’t get my husband to try them because he refuses to wear socks to bed. All I know is they do something beneficial for me!

I bought two packs of the 14 packs. I really liked the quality of the pads and adhesive bandages to the feet. And they did what they said they do. Saw the exact results it says for first two weeks so I decided it’d be best to get the 70 pack. I’ve been incredibly disappointed with the 70 pack, the adhesive bandage leaves remnants behind and I’ve had to throw away at LEAST 6-8 footpads. So disappointing. Stick with the 14 pack, it’s worth the extra money! If I could rate the each individually: 14 pack ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 70 pack⭐️⭐️

I do sweat a bit when I sleep and was quite worried that the adhesive would not stay on the bottom of my foot. Nothing to worry about on the adhesive side as they stick well once applied! I started getting a better night's sleep after about a week of using the detox foot patches. I am happy to report that my lab work came back with better results than I expected. I was also happy to know that the gel-like substance (impurities) stayed within the layers of the pad. I was afraid it might leak out, as some other reviewers had mentioned. The center part of the patch was always black in color when I removed them in the morning. It was quite gross when inspecting what came out of my body from these patches.

These have wormwood in them which seems to work really well at detoxifying and getting fluids moving. When I wake up, I feel a lot more refreshed and also need less sleep. My suggestion is to score (slice at) the mesh a bit to allow more contact with your feet for best results. Also, wear with socks so that they don't get rubbed off as you sleep. This is my third brand of foot pad that I've tried, and I like these the best (one set had tourmaline in them and the other had ginger. The ginger was definitely not good for my system as it was way too warming. ) They stick just fine, and usually don't come off, but socks help ensure that. I will be buying these again when I run out!

PEOPLE BUY THIS YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!! So interesting enough I have tried another brand years ago but THIS brand blows that old brand I tried out of the water!!! Very easy to apply because the instructions are easy to understand. The quality and quantity of this product are amazing. No harsh smells like other brands, by the 3rd day my leg pain and foot pain were gone, I felt lighter overall, I even had more energy! If you use this consistently it really works wonders I am going to have my family try it because this is truly an amazing product I love it! I have cancer so my body is very fatigued all the time so this product is truly helping me get by, thank you guys for being great. PEOPLE BUY THIS YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!

This is a very effective and easy detox product! Amazed at the results! Everyone should try this foot pad so you can see how well it cleanses your body! Very happy I bought the large package so I can use it many times when needed to stay cleansed.

I haven’t used them for very long - 1 week. But I can tell no difference. I actually feel them a bit uncomfortable. It’s something sticky on your feet. Sleep is not better, rather worse. It’s black in the morning every time. But I will give another week, hopefully it won’t a waste of money.

Put it on before bed and got up with a lot of water underneath my feet! Seems really help to extract my body fluids!
