I was looking for a Joint health supplement that comes in an easy to swallow pill rather than a powder i have to mix in my drinks daily, so when i found that this one combines all 3, Glucosamine, Chondroitin, & MSM (The Turmeric was a bonus) I got excited.HOWEVERLooking at the dosage on the supplement label has me concerned.The standard dose of MSM is 1000mg daily. This has 25mg.The standard dose of Chondroitin is 800-1200mg daily...this has 150mg.I didn't bother looking the other ingredients up. I'm disappointed that i have to take even MORE pills. bad enough that this dose is 3 pills.

I love it. I subscribed so I can always have some on hand. At 56 years old my joints have taken a beating. Ever since taking Glucosamine I've been less stiff in the morning.
