Sift works as advertised
I had gotten parts of a matcha set as a gift, but was missing a tea sifter. This has changed the gane for me. My matcha, once clumpy, is so smooth and frothy now. The sifter is sturdy and well made. It's easy to wash and easy to use. I sense no bend of give in the product, which wloften appears in cheaply made sieves. I recommend this tea sifter to anyone looking! Also a great sifter to use for decorating cakes or desserts with sifted sugar, matcha, or other powder toppings!

Multifunctional
I use this for my matcha. Also to scoop out a single raviolo/dumpling from the pot to taste. And also to scoop out scum when I cook meat/soups. Very easy to clean and hold. You won't regret adding this to your kitchen.

No more clumps, sits perfect on cups/mugs
Easy to use and clean. Use it every morning to sift my matcha powder. Rests well on top of my cup without moving or slipping and then rinses clean. Seems like it would work well for coco powder as well or any other ultra-fine powders.

Not as fine mesh as I hoped.
I was hoping this would be a replacement for one I received in a kit. It works okay, but the mesh isnโt as fine as the one Iโm replacing.

Good Addition to Your Matcha Routine!
Prior to using this, I have been using a regular and larger size sifter to make my daily matcha, so you can imagine how messy it can be. I bought it just to simplify my routine, and it has made my daily ritual of making my matcha so much better. It settles on top of the cup nicely, easy to rinse, and it is very sturdy. I recommend to any matcha enthusiasts!
