The magnesium and potassium aspartate by Country Life comes in glass and packed with cotton. The pills are longer than thought and they are almost as thick as an otc potassium pill. If broken in half they are easier to swallow. I have a deficiency with low levels of potassium and magnesium and suffer from extreme acute muscle cramps that are debilitating. This product is absolutely amazing. I had ran out of potassium pills for about two months and my cramps was so bad I chose to take otc leg cramp relief but to no avail it put me in more critical condition. After buying this product and taking for 3 days finally relief was found. It's the right balance for me and I will recommend highly and will buy again.

The product is getting pricey. May reconsider the benefits vrs. the price.
