who sells 500 ml refill of Spanish Leather?

I know West Coast Shaving sells Spanish Leather but I believe it is 50 ml. If you go to Trumpers.com, they sell a 500 ml refill bottle for about $79 plus shipping. You may have to email them at; enquiries@trumpers.com for shipping information though. I have seen 100ml on ebay. Hope this helps you some.

How do you properly apply this kind of cologne?

Eau de Toilette is different than cologne because it doesn't spray. I throw a couple splashes on my wrists, and also put a dab behind the ears. For something like this, the best way to apply it is to put a small amount near an artery or vein instead of just spraying around. Your natural circulation will carry the scent. Don't apply to your clothes. Fabric and detergents will mess up the scent.

Has it been reformulated (to become IFRA compliant) since 2011, and if so, is it now as long lasting and as elegant as before? Thanks.

I dn't know about the reformulation, however it is lasting and elegant.
