Works great, wake up refreshed.

I bought 3 for my family and was a little skeptical cause i like to be able to feel my pillow before i buy it, but im so glad i got these. The 3 of us slept so good lastnight that we didnt even roll over. I havent had sleep that peaceful in years and the cooling effect works like ive never experienced before, it was like having an ice pack on my neck, even with my pillow case (a thin sham). My son is a very hot sleeper and cant even keep a blanket on himself at night, well last night he slept through the whole night WITH his blanket and not as hot! If youre looking at this pillow, i highly recommend trying it out, it definitely helped my family and was well worth the money

First off, this is a very flat pillow. If you like pillows with a lot of volume then you should probably look elseware.The memory foam inside it is fine, it works just like most other memory foam items I have used. The gel pad leaves a lot to be desired though. All pillows I have bought in the past have had this cooling gel, and this one is the least effective. I think they just simply skimped on the amount of gel the put in the pad, and so it doesn't keep the pillow very cool.The long and short is: The pillow itself is good, the cooling gel leaves something to be desired.

Hoping it loses up over time but as of now it’s a little too hard for me. It’s perfect height and everything, but I have really sensitive ears and the firmness makes them sore the next day. So I only use that pillow on hot nights.

I absolutely love this pillow. It’s squishy and moves with my head to keep it comfortable. I had been searching for a decent pillow of this type for a while and couldn’t find anything like my old one, and now I have! My only complaint is that the gel isn’t as cool as I thought it’d be. Don’t get me wrong, it still is, just thought there’d be more. Warning: it does have a funky smell when it first arrives. Give it two days to air out and you’ll be good.

I’m sorry but I am extremely disappointed in this product. I had a bamboo pillow with a cooling panel that I purchase several years ago from a Book fair at my workplace. I LOVED it! However, the pillow is old and broken down now and doesn’t “chill” very well anymore, so I decided to purchase a new one. I was very excited when I found this one as it looked like my other one. When it arrived, I unpackaged and used it right away the first night. First, it is about 1/2 the thickness as my other pillow, is way too soft and not supportive at all. The most disappointing was that the cooling panel was actually more like a heat panel. It was not cooling at all and I kept thinking maybe I was on the less cool side, but that was not the case. The $35 pillow (my first one cost me $20) that I got to replace my older worn out one now sits to the side taking up space on my bed and I have gone back to my old pillow. Super disappointed. :(
