Recommended to us by someone we know in Barbados where the people there are massively into alkaline diets. I have been on oxygen for the past year and she swore that this book would get me off it. The recommended food is no compromise on what we eat normally. Bought a s cons copy for a friend studying nutrition.

Excelllent!
Having just recovered from a particularly painful month of colitis, something had to change. I did a lot of research, including reading a lot of the reviews for numerous books and plumped for this one and the Megan Rossi book. I’m so glad I did. In just 2 days of following this advice, and layering on top the plant-focus from Rossi, the improvement is startling, for which I am very grateful. The recipes are clear to read, not overly complicated and nicely illustrated (who would produce a cookbook with no pictures? Madness). It’s easy to organise a meal plan, the variety of what I can eat is terrific and the guidance really helpful. I have been sleeping better too - added bonus. I would totally recommend this book to all wishing to improve their health and well-being.

Recettes "to go" aussi...j'adore!
