Samsung S21 Ultra 128GB Phantom Black T-Mobile (Renewed)

I purchased this phone almost 30 days ago. It's a great phone. Looked brand new. No scratches at all. Works great. I'm very surprised it was Refurbished.

If you're looking for a flagship phone that's affordable. The s21 Ultra is perfect it may be a few years old, but that don't matter since it outperforms most new iPhone at a fraction of the price. I'm currently using it right now to type this out. Excels in every aspect imaginable.

This review is for the (Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G | G998U Android Cell Phone | US Version Smartphone)sold by thegadgetdeals. If I didn't know better, I thought it was brand new phone. Not a single scratch on the front screen, camera Lens, sides, corners or back. 100% perfect condition. Came with 65% charge. Brand new fast charger and USB-C cable and no directions but Samsung has the PDF file (G998U). Well packaged and protected in a generic cardboard box. For $392 bucks it was a good buy. My Excellent condition (Refurbished) was actually in Premium condition.Remember to NOT remove your OLD sim card from your OLD phone before calling to activate the new phone. It will delay the activation and you will have to start over if you chose to go that route.If I have any issues in the future I will update this review.I almost forgot. My phone came with 98% battery life remaining vise the 80% minimum promised as measured using the android AccuBattery app. You have to charge your phone to 100% and let it run down below 15% a few times for an accurate reading.Am very, very satisfied. Oh, was delivered 5 days early also. (insert smiley face here :)

There were no pictures of the actual phone had a ding in the bottom corner and scratches on the screen! I started using it, I love the Samsung S21 Ultras, so I wanted to use it and keep, I noticed that it gets heat up in the warm weather and in my pocket sometimes, I did not think of it much then it started echoing and I did not notice this right away because I mostly used it on Bluetooth in my car or at home, when reached out to the seller for warranty, he said I have to send the phone back, I asked for a replacement not money back, I explained I can't because I need my phone for my work and I cannot be without a phone for 3 or 4 days why does not he do what other sellers do send the new phone and then I can send this one back, they refused, Amazon said no problem will get you a replacement or money back but they just stalled till Warranty was over now they deny the claim! This is horrible customer service!

Well packaged, no visible scratches or scuff marks. Looks brand new. Very happy with this phone.Pictures are nice with easy camera operations. I have had this phone for nearly a month now. I absolutely love this phone. First system update came this morning and before I knew it, the update was downloaded and done. This phone is fast. I will buy from this vendor at upgrade time.

Ordered 2 phones for me and my wife. Despite their advertising that they were unlocked, one definitely was not and it was essentially useless so I had to send it back. The working one was visibly used but not in bad shape. Just some slight scratches on the case and screen but nothing that hampers the experience. Battery life is decent but not as good as I would have expected. The camera on this thing is amazing. Overall it's a great deal vs spending $1000 for a new one

Purchased used. The phone was in great condition, everything worked great, everything as described. Looked awesome, good packaging. I processed a return (because I like Pixel's camera better) and it was an easy process. I would buy from them again for future products.

This review is for S21 Ultra through Bayshine Trading.One Day after receiving phone:- Shipping was fast (4 Days) to SoCal.- Phone condition was great. Basically looks unused.- It was locked to Sprint. T-Mobile SIM originally only allowed for 2G. I tried creating the sprint APN. However, I don't think it was needed. After 15 minutes it switched to 5G and everything is fine.- The charger that came with it was a Samsung Fast Charge (which was a nice surprise).I would buy from Bayshine Trading in the future.
