I would have given this five stars, but the app and computer based software have some shortcomings. It works much better if you program through the camera's web interface. If you aren't familiar with using the web interface it's pretty easy. First use an IP scanner like angry IP scanner or look on your routers device table to locate your camera on the network. Once you have the camera's IP address simply punch that into any web browser's address line and add the port number 81 (example 192.168.1.25:81). The default user name and password are located on the sticker on the bottom of the camera. From here you can view, and program the camera to do your bidding much easier, and with better results than the downloaded software.

Works great! A struggle at first to get it set up on my WiFi & phone so I didn't set it up for several months. Finally my other monitor broke and I was forced to use it and once we got it running it is great! I can see clearly and hear just as well. Sorry I took so long to set it up.

Camera worked great temporarily. With new phone update or something we haven't been able to use APP. Not easy to find information on how to fix. More importantly my camera appears to have been hacked- someone was remotely operating it last night. I have seen several other reviews saying this has happened to people. I immediately unplugged camera and will not use again in my home. I would not recommend this product to anyone for their child's safety

Better than others I have used. I have found that setting up most of these type of cameras is to setup Wi-Fi via Ethernet cable. Here is how I setup this xucoo camera. 1. Download and install Eye Cloud software. 2. Run Eye Cloud and create an account. Then, click on + (add camera). 3. Plug in Ethernet from router to camera, then plug in power for camera. Once camera is discovered go to camera settings>wifi. Type in your router passcode. Once linked you can disconnect Ethernet. The camera will then reboot. You can then easily add camera to your mobile devise. The software is much better than others I have used. Pan and tilt is very responsive with little lag. Overall this is a great camera. Better than a name brand I have costing twice as much.

Got 3 of them for different rooms in my house but one of them is foggy image with no clear view other 2 works fine and suit our needs but I wish that I could replace my third one

Even though it's cheap, it's still not worth the money. It doesnt connect to the wifi and i was forced to return it coz no matter how hard we try it wont connect. Also, there was no technical support we can reach.

This camera would not connect to the app, making it basically useless. I tried downloading another app recommended by a user in another comment, but it still did not work. Back it goes.

Couldnt view the website to download the app or driver or whatever. Didnt work for me
