I purchased this shoe, but it was too small. I submitted a return and exchange request for a larger size on the same day I received it. It has now been several months, and I have still not received any response. I would appreciate an immediate update on the status of my request.

Fits really well . I ordered a size down from normal shoes. took me only 3 sessions to break into . I had an Edea previously but didn’t fit well as it’s made for narrower feet near the toes. Update : I’ve taken some lessons since and coach says the ankle support is not strong enough if I want to progress on from basic skating . Recommend to upgrade after one month

These ice skates are beautiful, stylish, and very comfortable. I was a bit surprised to see they were labeled a size 6 after I ordered a 7, but they actually fit me perfectly, so that worked out well. They arrived nicely packed in their own box and even came with blade protectors, which was a nice touch. The blades were blunt out of the box, so I did need to have them sharpened before using them on the ice. Once that was done, they performed really well. I skated for about two hours and my feet still felt comfortable and not tired afterward, which is a big plus. I’m really happy I bought these - it’s great not having to rely on rental skates anymore.
