Absolutely Love
I have severe anxiety and depression coupled with an intense job. This stress manifests into pulsating headaches in my temples and strains in my neck (and I'm in my twenties!). I have bought many items medicinal pills and such to soothe my pain, but I don't want to harm my liver anymore than I already have with medications. Plus, it doesn't resolve the root of the problem- I'm stressed, overworked, and need to slow down with self care. This rub completely exceeded my expectations. I love to rub the balm on my temples and back of my neck and massage the balm after a shower/bath and meditate. It's been a great purchase, and not only that, it's a good price. I have tried other essential oils, but this product is the only one that has soothed my stress and given me results.

Seems to help chronic insomnia for me
Suffer from severe chronic insomnia, lucky to get 2-4 hours of sleep per night. Don't want to take prescription sleep aid so trying different alternatives. First night i used this, slept for 6 hours! Will see after continuous use. One thing I love about this product is that it seems to open up my sinus passages and am able to breath much better at night. Fingers crossed!

Breathe Easy
I recently ordered the Breathe Easy formula to try out for my constant bedtime nasal stuffiness. I wake up frequently all stuffed up and unable to breathe comfortably. Plus I frequently get bloody noses during the night from dry air, so needless to say I do not get a restful nights sleep. I've tried several other products that claim to help, but nothing so far had helped. So I have to admit I was somewhat skeptical that I would find any relief. Boy was I surprised! I applied some around my nose, across my forehead and a small snout to the inside of my nasal passages. I used it about 3 times the first couple of nights. No bloody nose, great stuffiness relief. I now use it once before bed and if I happen to wake up I will repeat it. It's great! The smell is not too bad, though it does smell like medicine. I would definitely recommend Breathe Easy to anyone suffering from congestion. My next purchase will be to try the migraine relief, then the sleep formula. I'm looking forward to the same results!

Smells Good, Doesn't Even Touch Serious Sleep Problems
I have had serious sleep problems my entire life, starting in very early childhood. These problems have only gotten worse as an adult and I have struggled in recent years with staying up days (plural) without sleep. When you get to my point and sleeping aids aren't helpful anymore, you start getting desperate.I have used Wild Thera for migraines and sinus problems and generally like the company and their products. This product is NOT a bad product - it's just that it's not great for serious sleep problems in my experience. It's also a little greasy and the smell wears off after a while. I think I notice it more with this product because at least with the sinus and migraine balms, there's still the cooling relief. If you have occasional sleep problems, this could be a great addition to your sleep routine; however, if you're at your last straw with a serious sleep problem, get help elsewhere.

So far So good!!
I suffer from OCD and anxiety for the last 18 years and am recently coming off my medicine so I decided to give this a shot. I am not very keen on the smell but have been using it for about a week now and I do fine it makes a big difference. I usually put it on in the morning and then again when I am feeling stressed out or beginning to get a headache and I find it quickly relaxes me. I hope to see continued effects from this salve and would definitely recommend giving it a try

Pleasant fragrance, cooling, calming, relaxing balm
I have a difficult time being able to wind down from my stressful job at night and fall asleep, and I don’t want to take any oral sleep aids or meds, so I thought I’d give this balm a try. Just a little dab of the salve goes a long way! Every night right before bed, I apply some on my forehead and temples, gently massaging in a circular motion, and then to my wrists where my pulse is. The scent is very pleasant, a natural, herbal fragrance. Right away I notice a soothing, cooling sensation where I’m rubbing the balm into. The ointment itself feels clean and non-greasy going on! I’ve really benefited from using this balm, I find the combination of fragrance and cooling really relaxes and calms me as I’m resting!

A bit of much needed calm
My life is pretty stressful these days. I'm in the middle of changing jobs, my husband is in the hospital and apart from friends we don't have any family where we live. Needless to say I'm running everywhere right now and trying to remember everything and keep it all together. As soon as I lay down at night, WHAM. I can't shut my brain off. I can't do melatonin or other sleep aids in case I need to run to the hospital in the middle of the night so I was looking for anything to just de-stress. I'm a big believer in aromatherapy, which is why I looked to Wild Thera's Goodnite Balm. The scent is gorgeous and I honestly felt myself relax when I put it on my temples and under my nose. A little bit goes a long way, which means I'll get a lot of use out of it and it's not tested on animals which is a big thing for me. I wouldn't say it put me to sleep on its own but combined with some sleepytime tea I definitely got to sleep a little faster and felt more relaxed. I think I'll try it on my husband next!

Can’t recommend this enough, it’s absolutely astonishing!
I have extreme chronic nausea, take 2 double strength nausea pills 3x/day, doesn’t help much but I tried this and I was amazed, it truly helps a lot even for me! I would absolutely use this on a child vs the disgusting pink nausea otc liquid. Something about the slight mentholated smell is calming and I truly don’t understand how a topical works on nausea but it does! So perfect for pregnancy nausea, travel nausea, etc. the only drawback is potential staining on your clothing so I just wear a cami to protect clothing . I also suggest SeaBands acupressure bands, but they are kinda uncomfortable, still better than being mind numbingly stupid from meds
