I need someone honest opinnon does this help with weight loss?

I don't think it is advertised to lose weight however, it does help intensify your stomach workouts. Like you'll sweat a lot and it helps shed the fat.

Is this the same products as the "sweet sweat workout enhancer - 6.4 oz sports stick" but in different presentations?

I believe so. Check the ingredients if u can. Really stained my clothing and that was with wearing a waist belt. Not a good product.

Can it be used under a RF infrared light tool?

I've never tried it I use it with a waist trainer but used it with out its very effective

Can we use this under a sauna suit ?
