Padella molto capiente fatta prima volta la paella è venuta buonissima ..unica cosa essendo di ferro potrebbe crearsi un po' di ruggine dopo averla lavata a mano .bisogna asciugarla

Non ho potuto mettere 5 stelle sulla facilità di pulizia, in quanto caratteristica di questo tipo di paella è proprio il fatto che non è antiaderente ed è laboriosa la sua pulizia per la conservazione. Ma per chi desidera fare una paella secondo le tradizioni spagnole è l'ideale. Potranno comparire degli aloni/macchie quando si fa la prima pulizia, è normale considerate sempre che si tratta di una padella in ferro. Ho realizzato una paella decisamente ottima con il suo caratteristico fondo"bruciacchiato". Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.
