I have been using this product for a couple months as an office chair, so let me address a couple myths. First, it does not improve posture at all. If anything, I have to lean slightly forward the whole time. If I sit up straight, the ball does not support me. Second, it does not stay fully inflated. I have to re-inflate about once a week, if not more often. I don't know where the air is escaping from, but I am an average-sized person who should not be causing more than the average gravitational pull on the product. Third, you cannot replace an office chair on a permanent basis, but you can probably manage 2-4 hours per day sitting on the ball. It is pretty uncomfortable after 4 hours. Your derriere gets a bit numb.On the plus side, it does not smell rubbery (after a day or two of airing out). It has a ridged surface, so you don't slide off. It stays inflated enough for me to sit on for several days in a row. Biggest plus, my core is much stronger. Of course, getting your core stronger depends on your willingness (or ability in a cubicle environment) to bounce and move your hips around during the day. It is the movement, and not the sitting on a ball, that will make your core taut. The bouncing is fun, like a mini-bouncy house for adults.All in all, a good product, but clearly not a great one. And this will not be a permanent replacement for your office chair, so you better keep a backup nearby. You will need it.

I ordered a 65 cm. The box SAYS 65 cm but after two weeks of inflating it and waiting for it to get bigger, it's still not the correct size. It seems to be a 55 cm ball or, perhaps, 45 cm. I have it next to the 65 cm ball I already had so the incorrect size is very obvious. I wanted to use it as a ball chair at work but, since it's a mini, I've returned it.I will say that it has a bit of a stretchy, rubbery foam-type surface which wouldn't be my first choice. I don't like ball chairs that are shiny/slippery but I prefer ones that are are a semi-matte that isn't slippery. The ball I use at my desk at home is burst-proof and doesn't squash down too much. Some of them either flatten out too much or they have to be so full of air that they are too hard to be comfortable sitting on all day. I'm trying again with another manufacturer. Fingers crossed!I will say that this "#1 customer service..." ball would be fine if I was just using it for fitness exercises and I didn't care that it was small. It's stayed inflated and they sent and extra insert thingy that goes in hole after filling the ball with air. The hand pump they sent with it is not good. I have one of a similar design that works great. The ones sent with this ball is smaller (so you have to pump many more times to fill the ball). The big problem seems to be that the pump leaks air. So you pump air in and as you're trying to pull the pump back to fill the pump with more air, the air will come out of the ball. Hmm..I'm not describing this well. Well, the pump I already had doesn't not have this problem. As long as the pump is inserted in the hole in the ball, no air leaks out. Not sure what's wrong with the pump they sent but it was frustrating to feel like for every bit of air I put in, a large portion of air was leaking right back out.Happy shopping!

Even though this Exercise Ball was not the most inexpensive when I was looking for one, I purchased it thinking that the price had something to do with the quality of the ball. When I first took out the exercise ball from the box, I knew right then I made the right decision!Before I inflated the ball, I could tell by the material that it was well made. It was a material that felt durable, but at the same time gentle and pliable when I used it in my routine.Also, I liked that it was rated for 600lbs. Not to say that I will exceed the weight limit, but I didn’t want to chance it by purchasing another exercise ball that was rated with a lesser rating just for my peace of mind. All in all I have to say it was a great purchase! Oh…and by the way, it did not have a sticky feeling or chemical smell to it as described in the product description. I give it an A+++. Would recommend to anyone!

good quality ball. Material feels thick and durable. I only have a few issues. It doesn't come with a plug remover, at least mine didn't. Also on the box it recommends for 5 foot 11 and under but to me it wasn't states clearly in the description on Amazon. I scrolled right by the picture of the box. I am 6'4 but it seems like it shouldn't be a problem. I give it a 3 stars because of not being clear on size and I have to spend a little more money on a plug remover. Already a pretty hefty price tag to not include one.

The ball arrived quickly. It was evident how to blow it up with the pump, as I had another one before, but for the new person it would have been nice to have a little instruction. I was put off by the smell but it was down to almost nothing in 24 hours. It's comfortable, holds it shape, I can feel such a difference in my feet and legs - I use it as an office chair. The seller contacted me to see if everything was okay, and gave me a tip on blowing it up easily - a very nice touch.
