Basic rice cooker but good. If you don’t need or use the other functions that many other rice cookers have (steamer, slow cooker etc) then this rice cooker is the one for you! Easy to use (one button), easy to clean and well made. Gets the job done well without all the bells and whistles which I don’t need… Totally satisfied!

I read the on line reviews before buying this rice cooker. My older rice cooker was damaged and thought about replacing it with same brand. Glad I did not because this one is far superior and worth the extra money. The rice is cooked perfectily and in 15-20 minutes. Very happy with this rice cooker. Great quality!

This rice cooker works fine but the one for us. This is good for a smaller family or for households that make rice for the night only. Rice does not stay fresh after the single use. We often make more rice to have the next day and can’t do that with this one. Outside of that it works fine.

I use it, I like it, it makes good rice in huge quantities. But there's one experience I had that you should factor in. You can see in the pictures that there's a knob on the lid, and you lift the lid off by gripping that knob. One day, when I'd had my Zojirushi 10-cup for less than a year, I discovered that the knob was only glued on. I learned that fact because the glue gave way, and the knob came off in my hand, leaving a neat circular hole in the lid. For a moment, I thought "What a piece of defective junk!" But once I calmed down, I realized the unit was still usable. Now when I make rice, I rest something on top of the hole, usually a coffee mug. And when it's done cooking, instead of removing the lid by grabbing the no-longer-there knot, I instead take a table knife, gently poke it into the hole, pry the lid up, and grab it with an oven-mitted hand. This might sound like a lot of hassle, but it genuinely isn't. I bought mine in 2018, and I've used it two or three times a month for eight years, and my take is that it's been well worth what I paid for it. I even recommend you buy one. But do be aware that the knob on the lid is not very secure, and if it comes off, you might have to resort to workarounds.
