Great product
Used to clean off patio and path. Used a watering can and after a short while used a stiff brush to agitate a couple of problem areas. Very pleased with the result. Good value for money.

Works to remove Black Spot very well.
One of the less expensive alternatives to remove black spot and worked very well indeed. I used a watering can and used the product neat so I was applying much more product than the stated coverage. It smelled of chlorine so I tried another area with supermarket bleach. It was Sainsbury's thick bleach, too thick to spray from a watering can, diluted it a bit, sprayed on thickly left overnight. Worked just as well for a fraction of the price but be careful spraying it around. None the less the Garden Xpert product worked well and was more pleasant to use.

It works!
Leave on for a good few hours, agitate with a stiff brush, then jet wash. My patio was covered in black spot and now looks like new. Brilliant.

Mixed Results
It worked better on some areas than others. Great on my front path, and path between my patio areas. Not so good on the patios themselves. I used a 5ltr pump spray to apply, left it a full 4hrs before scrubbing it with a stiff brush and rinsing off. Photos attached.

WORKS A TREAT
Just done the indian stone areas in the garden, applied as directed (does not go quite as far as information on product, BUT) agitated lightly with and old soft broom, rinsed away after 40minutes, now 'spotless', would recommend .............

Very good product
It eliminated all the black spots, yet I suggest get washing the patio before use for optimal results. Highly recommended.

Don't!!
Read the instructions, followed the instructions and waited for something to happen, nothing happened, paving was exactly the same pre application, in fact it didn't even shift the ingrained dirt. Waste of money. No choice but to give it a single star rating to submit this review.
