Slug Slime - Roasted Seasoning Blend - Everything Bagel Topping

I saw this and wanted to try it thinking how could "everything bagel seasoning" really differ from company to company? I mean, an everything bagel is an everything bagel, right? Well, I am disappointed. I usually buy the Trader Joe's version of everything bagel seasoning off of Amazon but saw this and decided to try it because it comes in a bigger bottle and is cheaper. There is a noticeable difference in taste. This one is a bit tasteless in comparison. So, I will be going back to ordering my scrumptious Trader Joe's version. If you all haven't tried that out - you are missing out!

Fabulous, everything I wanted in an everything sprinkle. I add it atop the cream cheese on my everything bagel -- and now both sides of my bagel are packed with everything I love. Crunchy, not too salty. And it's lasted a hood while already. I thought it was expensive but it's stretched well and was worth the cost.

Very pleased with this purchase. I really enjoy cooking, & am also a big fan of everything in this ‘everything‘ (he-he). There were many other options for this seasoning blend, many of which were name brand. But a lot smaller, & more expensive. I am pleased with the quality of this brand, as well as the price. Highly recommend.

This would have been better, had it not tasted SO salty! The salt taste overpowers everything else in the mixture, when used as a topping on bagels. To fix this issue, when I make everything bagels, I now simply mix this into the bagel dough prior to baking them, and do not use Slug Slime on top of the bagels.

Love it!! Everything bagels are by far my favorite bagel. I even scrape the stuff that falls off the bagel onto the cream cheese. I mix a tbsp. and a half of this blend into a tub of Philly cream cheese and spread it on a bagel, toast or just dip pretzels in it. I'm particularly happy that there aren't any caraway seeds in this blend. I don't mind them on the bagel, but not in this. I will definitely re-order this again and again. If you like everything bagels, you won't be disappointed.

So, here in PA, we get plain, cinnamon raisin and blueberry bagels. I am able to turn a plain or egg bagel into an everything bagel with a couple of shakes. Oh, and it goes on top of the cream cheese and doesn't fall off. Yeah. No brainer. I should also mention its delicious and savory. Buy it with out reservation.

I recently bought a similar product to this and found that other product tasty, but too salty. So, I was drawn to this Slug Slime product, as it seemed to be salt-free. I wanted the flavor but without all the salt.This product is ok and tastes fairly good, but it doesn't resemble the taste of everything bagel seasoning. I can actually put a significant amount of this stuff on my food and really barely taste anything. I have to add a LOT to get the taste, and like I said the taste is ok, and I appreciate not having an overwhelming salt flavor, but it does not remind me of the everything bagel.Another problem I noticed is that it doesn't have shaker holes....you can only pour it out. So be careful when using it that you don't accidentally dump too much into your food! It would help significantly if it had a shaker spout.At this point I am going back to the original (salty) product I found, as that is tastier. The Slug Slime doesn't taste bad, but I won't repurchase it.

I am Currently on weight watchers and this is one of my favorite treats. I Schmeer a toasted English muffin with low-fat cream cheese and douse it with the slug slime. Incredible! Tastes like an everything bagel.
