I have been taking 5 grams of this creatine each day since August 2025. I am 39 and have fibromyalgia and a few autoimmune diseases so I am always looking for something natural to help with my quality of life. without increasing my activity, I can't believe the muscles I can see and feel that I didn't really noticed before. I can feel my abdominal muscles and can see them popping, even with a little extra weight in my mama belly. And when I am active or do a workout I recover within a day or two instead of a week or two. It also helps with my muscle stamina when I need to push through something that my body doesn't like. I have also noticed small changes in my cognition and feel like it is helping me remember better and react better to negative situations. It isn't a cure for my ailments but it has helped overall. I have had Zero side effects. even when first taking it. I will continue to use this product. My husband (47) also started taking this creatine every day in october 2025. He has increased his workout circuits from once every 3-4 days to every day. he has gained muscle mass and lost belly fat that he has been struggling with for 15 years. I liked the number of servings per tub of creatine but I didn't like its inability to dissolve entirely.

I started taking for an about 3 weeks now and I can definitely see the results. Not sure if I feel stronger on it but I definitely look better since I started taking it.

Same effect as creatine mono but not as soluble. Hard to dissolve.
