Doggy approved!
My dog Sammy was just diagnosed with Cushings Disease and was prescribed with medication and new food to manage his symptoms: high cortisol levels, hair loss, extreme hunger and thirst. I was concerned about his health and wanted the best for him. Sammy threw up early this morning and was without appetite all day. At dinner time, he came to me looking for food. I was skeptical but took a couple of tablespoons of the Hill's Prescription food and mixed it with half a cup of kibbles. Well my dear Sammy gobbled the food up and asked for more! I could tell he really enjoyed it because of the taste, and not just because he was hungry. The food is pricey but the special ingredients are suppossed to help improve his quality of life and help him loose weight. The fact that he happily ate it is all I need as my dog is a bit spoiled and a finicky eater.

Vet recommended for our kidney challenged dog.
Our dog's annual checkup started showing kidney numbers rising, so our vet recommended this. Once Coco went on it, her numbers came down by her next checkup. She loves the taste. Highly recommend

Expensive but quality
Needed a new option for dog food following surgery to remove my dogs bladder stones. Glad I found this product. My dog is picky when it comes to food and my dog absolutely loves it. It smells awesome and apparently tastes as good as it smells. It not cheap but provides piece of mind in knowing that Iโm giving the right food to help prevent further bladder stones.

Chicken and veg...yum!
We have this prescribed for Lucy, our mini goldendoodle, who has a problem producing bladder stones. Right now she is on it to hopefully dissolve the stones currently in her bladder. We shall see if it does that. As far as flavor, Lucy loves the chicken and vegetables formula and it smells really great with its chunks of chicken and gravy. She does not like the "only chicken" formula. It is a thick ground up glob that does not appeal to her at all. Vet says it can take 2-3 months for this food to dissolve the stones. So we'll stay patient and see if it works. If not, unfortunately surgery may be necessary. If so, we'll do that and then try her on the freeze dried raw diet we recently put our 2 other goldendoodles on. We will then continue to use test strips to see if her urine remains in the good pH zone. We have discontinued all the good n plenty rawhide treats with all 3 dogs and they are all doing much better with the freeze dried diet and treats.

Came exactly as described
My Yorkie had a bladder stone, which he passed. But then my Vet prescribed this, to keep another stone at bay. He weighd only 5 lb. 8 oz. Small cans. Could not find at any popular pet stores. Great price and arrives on time

Very good for my dog.
My vet prescribed this when one of my dogs had crystals in her urine. The condition was a bit slow clearing up and even did recur, but this food seemed to do the trick and she loved it. It looks and smells almost good enough for human consumption (haha), and my other tiny boy was pretty put out because it was only for his sister (if it weren't so expensive, I would have given it to him as well).
