How many milliamps of power draw?

Correction: This power supply provides up to 1000ma. I am using it for the EHX Soul Food (22ma draw), Russian Big Muff (22ma) and Canyon Delay (150ma)...Also a TC Wiretap (100ma) and a digital tuner (50ma). No problems at all running everything simultaneously. You really cant harm any 9v center negative device with this, it's just a matter of if your draw meets or exceeds 1000 ma. At which point the devices may or may nit work correctly, but will not harm your pedals/devices at all. It also powers Zoom Devices (g1on) with no problems

Can this tuner pick up a low B string?

I've used this tuner with my five string bass and it picks up the low B on a bass guitar so I'm assuming if you're talking about a seven string guitar it would do the same on a guitar's low B string

Can you tune the guitar with just the tuner. Only plugged into the guitar?

Is it good just to be used as a y splitter to connect to 2 amps at the same time? how is it compared to bose tu-3 for that purpose?

I don’t know anything about a Bose tu-3 but this tuner has one output with two options: muted, or live sound depending on the jack you choose to go out of.
