This is the only athlete's foot treatment that I've found to work. After a long-standing issue with recurring athletes foot and using other products, I finally tried this one and I got rid of it completely and it hasn't come back for over a year. I would highly recommend this to anyone who's finding difficulty in eradicating the fungus that causes athlete's foot. It can be a little greasy, but I'd rather have greasy toes during treatment than itchy and smelly toes forever!

Effective treatment and easy to use.

I’ve been using Lamisil AT 1% Athlete’s Foot Treatment Spray for a recent flare-up, and overall I’d say it does what it promises—just not in the most user-friendly way. On the positive side, the active ingredient (terbinafine) is clearly effective. Within a few days of consistent use, I noticed a real reduction in itching and irritation, and the skin started to recover well. Compared to other over-the-counter treatments I’ve tried, this one feels fast-acting and reliable, which is exactly what you want when dealing with athlete’s foot. However, the spray format is the biggest downside. It’s simply not very precise. Instead of targeting the affected area, the spray tends to disperse too widely, meaning a lot of the product ends up going to waste. This makes it harder to control how much you’re applying and where it’s going—especially if you’re trying to treat specific spots between toes. Because of that lack of accuracy, the product also doesn’t last very long. Given the price point, you’d expect the bottle to go further, but you end up using more than necessary just to ensure proper coverage. Plan to move to the cream version as would likely be far more efficient and cost-effective.

I've tried multiple things to help with an itch between 2 toes and this is the only thing that stopped it. The bottle is very small but it is only for your feet, not your shoes as some people seem to think. You will need to buy something else for your shoes to stop re-infection, as the bacteria/fungus can live for a long time in your shoes. I like that it is a spray rather than a cream. I found it easy to apply and less messy than a cream. Two quick sprays after a shower and that was it, but it takes a while to dry so I wore my normal house flip flops afterwards. I didn't notice any smell. It stung a bit upon first application but after that it was fine, and stopped the really annoying itch almost straight away. I would definitely recommend it.
