Works great
I was using a flexible mount that bolts to the floor of the car, but it shook a lot. Really annoying. This mount is quite stable.

Careful - Poor Description of Compatibility
Website explains "It does not work on the large circular vents like those found in Mustangs and PT Cruisers", but doesn't say a word about verticle vents. It's only after the item arrives that the instructions say "NOT COMPATIBLE with VERTICAL or circular vents". It would have been nice to find out before I ordered it! On the other end, the bracket doesn't fit the Kenwood TM-V71. I'm 0 for 2. Time to send it back.Next time I'll wait for someone else to confirm compatibility, either through review or Q&A.
