This product goes a long way and so it’s really good value. It’s ever so easy to apply - I literally just used an old rag, and it turned out really well. I didn’t prep the wood beyond dusting it down a bit. It’s not that dark, so I think I’ll do another coat, but in terms of coverage one coat is definitely enough - I just want that darker look. I’d rather that though than have it too dark and not be able to do anything about it! The smell is really pleasant, and there’s almost no down time - the doors I did were dry in no time. Definitely recommend this product.

Colour was as described and now my pine drawers are a beautiful rosewood colour. Was easy to apply too so long as you follow the wood grain and smells sweet.

It took two purchases to find the colour I wanted but this worked well. A small amount covers a decent surface area.

It's called rosewood but isn't red enough for that. It's more like a walnut colour. Otherwise it's fine.

First time using varnish. I wanted to recoat an old pale oak fireplace mantle into a rosewood colour and honestly this made it significantly better than the original. Easy directions, took just two coats for my liking and finished off with the Danish satin oil and it looked beautiful with that glossy glow. Cheap, easy and a huge variety in these colours. Absolutely amazed and happy with this.

Bought this stain to dye A pale wooden ceiling beam to match the colours of the older beams in the house. Bought the rosewood colour as I didn’t want to completely black and it’s perfect. Used rubber gloves and a sponge to apply and it’s brought the grain out beautifully. Applied a natural beeswax over the top and it looks like it’s been there forever.
