I've bought the Wok version of this and fell in love with it and decided to buy more. I've been seeing Gordan R. promote these for months on Facebook and Instagram and started looking at them... the cost of his are insane. I decided to give the Wok version a try and just see if it's actually up to the hype. UM --- IT'S THE BEST --- UM --- PAN EVER and this one is just as good!!! I've cooked burgers, eggs, chicken, cooked mac-n-cheese, steaks, and oven cooked a roast in it and NOTHING I MEAN NOTHING STICKS. It's heavy duty and feels like a really nice piece of cookware. I'm surprised to find myself writing this review, but it needs to be known that the cost of this pan is 1/10 that of the Gordan R. version and I can't imagine it being better. In use for about 2 months and I've bought the other pans now as well.

I love this pan. So far I tried many different pans for daily cooking, but this one is the best so far. Nothing sticks to this pan and I can use a lot less oil. Super easy to clean. I am not afraid to scratch it because it is scratch resistant. I recomend this pan to everyone. It is worth the price.

I recently purchased this and it appears to be of good quality. I have not used it yet and I am impressed by the packaging. It was shipped with the handle detached which saved space and used a much smaller box than it would have if assembled. It came in a paper/fabric bag and the rim of the lid was cushioned all around, and inside was a scrubber sponge that is safe for the finish. The icing on the cake is that they added a wrench to attach the nuts for the handle! Very thoughtful!

After assembling the handle, which was easy, My first dish was thin cut chicken breasts in a butter-garlic teriyaki sauce. Work great and cleanup was easy. It’s a keeper!

This pan is amazing. This is the best non-stick pan I ever owned. Clean up is less than 30 seconds.

It is non-stick as far as cleaning somewhat easily, but food will absolutely stick and gunk up. Eggs stick, bacon sticks, fish will pull apart. The surface greatly discolored after just 1 use. I am sorry I spent money on this pan. I am sorry I gave it as much of a chance as I did, and exceeded the return window.

Great all purpose frying pan! From sauté to braises this pan performs well.

Arguably worse for a lot of cooking. The only benefits are its weight and maybe durability? In terms of sticking, using the same amount of oil, the textured surface sticks more than my old white ceramic coating pan. After I found a similar sized Oxo Good Grips Nonstick pan on sale, that was the final straw. My new Oxo pan releases egg residue way better so it doesn't stay and burn on the pan like this textured one does. Time to donate this.

It is as advertised. Very good and versatile pan.

After only a couple of uses without overheating it, it's already warped and wobbling on the oven. Food doesn't stick but it need a thicker bottom.
