Good little cold/heat pack. It's about 10cm by 35cm, so won't cover e.g. the entire lower back, but perfect for the sore shoulder I'm using it for. Out of the freezer, it works for about half an hour before it's reached a temperature where it looses effect - not fully ambient temperature, that would probably be another half hour. I've not used it for heat yet, so cannot comment on how it deals with microwaving. It has a good elastic strap with velcro to fasten it. This easily (utilising the elastic strech) reaches around my chest, and I'm not a small person. For fastening it down around around my belt, I need to add a length of velcro we have from elsewhere, though. One small issue is that the velcro on the fastening strap is only on the end halves of each strap, so for smaller circumferences, e.g. an arm you would have to wrap it round two or three times. It also comes with a bag to put it in when freezing, probably to keep it separate from food.

This is a great value gel ice pack which I'm using on my back and right knee. This gets very cold after a couple of hours in the freezer and is big enough to cover all your lower back, and completely encloses my knee. At the time of writing this review it's pretty warm, but even though you'll easily get 15mins of cold treatment. I shall probably buy another so I can do both together. Hard to judge something like pain relief, as my use is to prevent pain, but I've no doubt this provides enough cold to ease a certain amount.

I use this a lot for my post-exercise cool down and it's very helpful. It's easy to use as you can just strap it on and tighten anywhere on your body and works in seconds, cooling the area that feels a little sore. I use it mainly for the ice pack, but haven't tried the heating method. I think it's a must have as I've nursed a lot of sport injuries using this.

This is a really good heat pad and lasted a few months. Gave out long lasting heat relief and I loved the fact that it can be wrapped around the waist or probably area like a belt. My mom loved it and I loved it but it burst unfortunately.

Bought this for knee pain it said it would fasten on to knee well for one thing it dos not the strap is too long to go round the knee So I use it with out the strap been fasten. I wanted to move round with it I can't

Seemed very good, but after only a couple of uses the velcro started to detached from the strap. Excellent customer service, I am getting a replacement.

Great product

I bought this to apply ice packs to My knee following knee replacement surgery and I find it really good. It comes with a special bag to put it into before freezing it and I find that once applied to my knee, it lasts for about 30 minutes before starting to defrost although it still stays cool. It is really handy to use and flexible for wrapping around my knee. I would recommend it.

I have lumber disc degeneration x 5. I’ve worn this every night for 2 years since cold works for me. Since I’ve laid on it non stop since Sept 22, I’m surprised it lasted keeping cold that long. When the Velcro wasn’t working as well, I just tied it loosely to my waste. Amazing product. It covered across my back from hip to hip. I am replacing it, same product.

Great product. Use it on my knees and ankles and it let's me forget about pain. Velcro strap allows for multiple application. No complaints whatsoever. Very happy with a purchase and would recommend to family and friends!

Ottimo prodotto, da avere in casa per qualsiasi tipo di evenienza. Io l'ho usato solo ghiacciato sul ginocchio e sul piede. Devo dire che le fascie elastiche sono molto comode per farlo aderire bene. Inoltre c'è una pratica confezione richiudibile in plastica trasparente che è molto comoda per riporre la fascia nel Freezer senza che venga a contatto con i cibi. La durata media di freddo è di circa 30/40 min a contatto

la bolsa de frio me va muy bien , pero sobre todo la recomiendo para zonas como rodillas o zonas grandes, ya que cuando la usas en sitios mas pequeños, como el codo, cuesta un poco mas debido a su vulumen. No obstante yo estoy muy contenta con la compra y con el uso que le damos.
