Not great for descaling
Normally buy HG stuff and it's good but this does not descale. Says leave on for 10 min. Tried 40 min and it cleaned but didn't get rid of the scale

Useless for HG.
I let sit all day. Barely removes stains from general toilet use. Limescale stains are untouched. Avoid.

Worked well but not perfect
I brought this product after reading online it was good at removing hard water stains. It’s very easy to use simply apply, leave and scrub. It does have a very strong chemical smell and definitely works better than normal bleach however did not remove all the hard water stains but definitely improved them. For the low effort and low cost it’s definitely worth a go. Would recommend.

Reasonably good product
This is reasonably a good product but it doesn't remove limescale & hardwater stains in one use. I had really very bad limescale deposits in my toilet bowl & it was quite difficult to remove it on one application. You may have to use a good quality scrubber to remove the hard limescale stains. While handling it use handgloves, cover with face mask & take all necessary precautions to prevent splash on eyes & it has strong chemical odor.
