Kept the kids occupied for hours on christmas morning
« This is the best gift ever » according to my kid who received a lot of gifts this year. She absolutely loves it and has been playing with it for hours which allowed me to have a nice breakfast on christmas morning. so its a win win if u ask me.i actually stood behind her captivated my self. 100% recommend. i waited for prime day to get it on sale and its totally worth it

It's educational and FUN!
I barely write any reviews but I think everyone deserves to know that this product is really worth it. It's fun for the kids at the same time it helps in developing their motor skills, they enjoy drawing and learning how to spell and count. It's very interactive and it keeps the kids interested. I highly recommend this product to everyone who has kids.

Perfect
Love this product! We did have an issue with the mirror piece, and it locating the pieces but I was not aware of the little dial on the side just needed to be fixed. Once we fixed it, it was perfect! My kids love playing with this.

No Product Support
We generally love osmo products. Our child was excited to start playing. Unfortunately, the QR code does not work and when you contact product support the email sends an auto reply that the email address is not monitored. It sends you to a contact form that is no longer in service. Amazon provides the same Osmo link for product support. Since we are unable to use the product or get any support it will have to be returned.
