when i opened package and attempted to insert batteries a spring fell out of the battery compartment and was lost ; i have not been able to use this light yet!!! CRAPPY PRODUCT !!

The light itself is OK but unfortunately one of the bolts connecting the handle to the light was loose when I took it out of the packaging. I tried tightening it but the hole is stripped. This is very bad because the charging port is in the handle, there are two fine wires that go to the switch on the handle, and this thing won't last one season without a securely attached handle. For $40, this is unacceptable.Not gonna return it, but now I have to go to Ace hardware and find a larger bolt or shove some jb weld in there and tap a new hole.

We love these flashlights. I think we now have 3 of them. They are our go to light for everything. They are super bright!

FALSE ADVERTISING !!!!!. This flashlight is 800 lumens max, not 2800 lumens. The batteries HAVE TO BE CHARGED in the flashlightas they cannot charge in a Nitecore charger. The charging takes FOREVER!!!!! The batteries become totally dedicatedto this flashlight. And you get all this AND pay $40.00 for it.Instead, buy a Thorfire C8S for 26.00 approx, get the same 800 lumens but NONE of the Other Problems. Plus itsa lot smaller and if you burn off the battery once, it wont get hot even on extended use. END OF PROBLEMS andless expensive. AND it needs only one battery . . . . EUREKA!. Wish someone had warned me!

This is a nice, bright, adjustable light. More like 1200 lumens than what is advertised. You get batteries, plus car, USB, and wall charger. I would recommend using a smart charger though. Three of these can pack one hot punch if charging goes bad. The strap is cheap and the rings break right off. I give three stars for what you get at the price point. It is worth it.

Works fine , good quality, wish I could disable the flashing feature, pretty sure a mugger would be on top of me before I could get to the flashing feature and I have to cycle past it every time I use it.

Excellent product is very bright just the rechargeable batteries will not hold charge for longer than 2 hours

Update, I had a shipping issue, Lethu took care of my issue, very good company and very respectful! My friend that I gave this to as a gift is happy with this light. Very bright and lightweight while out on the trail. A bit annoyed with the strobe feature. Not a big deal considering the reasonable cost. Nice looking light! Thanks!
