Broke within an hour of fisrt use
This item broke within an hour of first use and I was out in the ocean in a very cold day, 275 feet deep and I have very bad shoulders. When I contacted support I was told it was beyond 30 days but after I insisted, was told an restocking fee would be charged.This is a seasonal item and we can't possible open and test it at home. Fishing is not an everyday thing and seller should stand behind their items.I am very disappointed and disgusted with this situation.One more thing, these alligator clips were way too tight even for a big man to open
