Right thikess
Been looking for this type of twine because I do not like the thin wersion that is sold everywhere. To me this is the perfect kiitchen twine for trussing chicken, roasts etc.

Not too shabby
I'll be completely honest here, I haven't actually cooked with this. I ordered it during happier times when I was cooking gourmet meals every day, and had high hopes to use this for roasts and such, but then my ex kicked me to the curb and I really haven't cooked much since. However, I did handle this twine in preparation for the first planned meal using it, and it is sturdy and seems like it would do the job well. I was initially looking for something that wasn't made in China, since I don't really trust their standards for food safety, but I think it must be very nearly impossible to find small inexpensive things like butcher's twine that aren't made in China. Regardless, it seems capable of fulfilling its purpose, and it doesn't smell like lead or chemicals or anything.
