How do you remove the brush head to replace with new one?

To remove the old brush head, grasp the handle firmly in one hand and the head in the other. Pull the old head straight off of the handle--DO NOT twist or bend the old head while attempting to remove it. As long as you pull straight, you can pull as hard as you need to without damaging the pin that holds the brush head on. If you are still having difficulty, run the joint where the head meets the handle under warm/hot water for 30-60 seconds before attempting removal as sometimes toothpaste can get into the crevice and create a seal.
