I love this squat rack. I was a bit nervous about assembling it alone but when it arrived I realised that it wasn’t as bulky or heavy as I thought it would be. I also had to unpack it outside and carry the pieces into the house due to the length of the box and the way my hallway is designed. I managed this easily alone. I’m a 5ft5 female and I put the whole thing together and erected on my own quite easily. It’s very sturdy and I currently weigh 77kg and there is no rocking or anything when I’m doing pull ups. I can’t vouch for the j hooks as yet as I’m still trying to decide what type of plates I want to buy so haven’t tested them out. I also use it to practice Muay Thai kicks as I’ve attached pads to it and the rack doesn’t move even without holding any plates to weigh it down. Very pleased and great value for money.

Amazing buying something that is actually worth the money. This thing is great value for money (bought at £210) and built like a brick ****house. Pull up bars, very strong spotter arms and bar holders. Couldn't ask for more.

Ormai la uso da mesi.. oscilla sempre soprattutto con esercizi di trazione laterale e pesi importanti.. però al momento non mostra alcun segno di cedimento.. ci ho messo un po' a montarla bella stretta da solo, in due sicuramente si farebbe tutto meglio. Io la consiglio

Terrific. Sturdy. Brings all hardware. Exactly what I needed. Is Olympic sized, so make sure you have 2inch bar/weights.

Really great product! Feels sturdy and works for all heights in our household. Good squat rack and bench press, I like how the safety bar is adjustable but not overwhelming with its placement options. Very sturdy as well.

Great product. although holes are 2cm and that's quite limiting. but aside from that detail, everything else is sturdy, stable, polished finishings as one touches and very professional and premium look despite being low-priced in comparison to others. Globally its a great rack which aside from the stability, it disposes of both a brilliant multi-grip pull/chin-up bar with anti-slippery finish + great adjustable spotter bars which btw are rubber-protected which is great to both protect our barbells but also do not wake-up wifey and kids (& neighbours) with early IRON trainings. For the holes, we still can find compatible material thought, from lever-arms to squat-lever-arm although you really need to pay attention that holes are 2,1cm's/0,78 inches ! Great product for anyone wanting to explore the basics with a qualitative power rack: Thumbs Up
