Very heavy weight jug

I didn’t get these for baking so I can’t comment on that. I also don’t use hot water while washing it so I can’t also comment on whether it is hot water friendly.But… I used these bowls for general kitchen chores. I love to store grilled chicken in the larger one when I have guests. I also use them ti decorate the table when I have guests too. In my opinion the class is thick enough, but I don’t want to find out if hot water can damage any because they are too precious for me to lose any! Oh! I use the smaller one to whisk eggs with a hand mixer when I am baking for just me and my husband.

These bowl are of amazing quality and can be used for every day kitchen work. I have been using it for many months now and is excellent for baking, serving salads, making desserts and lists goes on. When they arrived i imagined them to be a bit more bigger considering it as industrial grade, as to if you want to make large batches of pizza dough or garlic bread then even the largest bowl doesn't allow much room for the dough to expand. Otherwise microwave safe, can even be used in oven or in a double boiler to melt chocolate for chocolate ganache.Over all very happy with it.

The jugs are quite wide and should be a bit slimmer and taller. The moment you start whisking, the mixture easily comes out and makes a mess.

I’d have to admit I didn’t check the sizing of these (my fault of course) also no fault of the sellers however two of these came broken which I was gutted about. They do look and feel expensive though in my opinion.

Quite a heavy jug but extremely useful in the kitchen.

Whilst it is a great size, at 1.6KG empty it is a heavy jug. The handle is too small for the size so once even half full you need two hands to lift & manoeuvre it.
