Takes a Little Time
Great Product, Well Made . This one is softer with more flex, where as the black colored model has less flex and harder. The knobs work really well on a person's back etc. Takes a little time to get used to.

Amazing result with just the first roll
I am pretty new to foam rolling, I got the grid role just 5 days ago and received my rumbleroller original today. My primary need was stiff / knotted upper and mid back. Just 3 minutes on the rumbleroller made my back loosen up. Way better than grid roller just basis my initial use itself. Definitely recommend. Edit: I have now used it for a few days and can't recommend this enough. My back hasn't felt this great for months now.

No other foam roller compares.
This thing is amazing, it's a deep tissue massage whenever you want one. I've had IT band issues and a lot of pain in my knees from repetitive stress of running, after a couple weeks of using this regularly the pain is gone. It's also great for your shoulders, especially if you type a lot and get any stiffness or pain.
